I have some questions regarding the 2018 full-size Range Rover with the 3.0L diesel engine L405 turbocharged V6 diesel engine (Td6)
1. The car has the ability to shut off the automatic engine stop. For city driving this is annoying, and I think it would save the life of the starter.
2. Regarding diesel blow by. Some companies make catch cans. Is it possible to install one of these catch cans to collect the used diesel vapors before dumping them back into the engine. I’ve installed this on my Cummings diesel and it works quite nice however I don’t know if it’s recommended for the Range Rover vehicle?
3. Is it recommended to use a diesel fuel additive like liquid Molly? If so, how often should this be used?
