Range Rover evoque 63 plate

Hi guys and gals would like to say hi I’m Julie new to the forum I have a Range Rover evoque 63 plate need some advice please and if anyone has had this problem before is it a quick fix or will it cost me a bomb just before Christmas the engine management light came on yesterday along with a message on dash saying restricted performance and wiper wash low so feeler that up but management light still on and restricted performance message still comes up on dash please help
Anyone had this before it’s so close to Christmas not gonna get seen now till after the holiday break will it be ok to still drive it all will I be creating more problems help help help
